At Tautua

We achieve this by delivering tailored services across the Social Impact, Recruitment, and Corporate Social Responsibility sectors. Through strategic partnerships and purpose-led initiatives, we help individuals and communities thrive economically, socially, and culturally.
Our holistic approach ensures that culture is not only celebrated in our work but embedded into everything we do. Whether it be from career development and leadership pathways or community-focused initiatives that create lasting change.
Our purpose, vision, and partnerships are the foundation of our commitment to cultural leadership and sustainable change.

I just want to leave a review for my appreciation for Tautua support services. It has been a whirlwind of a year trying to find support for my son who aged out of his special school, It has been a tricky time for him to accept his new paths in this world and the confusion that it brings to him. We recently found Tautua and these guys have gone above and beyond to provide person centred care to my son who has very challenging behaviours, in which they continue to work with him to provide a place that i feel in time my son will thrive and enjoy being there daily.

I started working at Tautua Group as a disability support worker when it first launched in 2021. Back then, I was fresh to the industry and I had no idea what was going to be in store. All I knew was that I wanted to serve others in any capacity that I could. However, when I learnt that Tautua meant service, I knew that this was where I was meant to be. As I continued in my journey at TSS, I learnt a lot from each new participant that joined the aiga (family). Furthermore, I learnt how to apply the principles of integrity, inclusion, commitment, purpose and clarity in my service to our participants and colleagues. I love that the heart behind TSS is not only for the NDIS participant, but also for their families and extended supports. I truly believe that ‘it takes a village to raise a child’ and I have seen TSS become that village of support for all who have walked through our doors. I love working at TSS and I can’t recommend them enough! I’m very appreciative of Edy and Renee for all their support throughout my own journey and for always providing me with opportunities to grow and develop myself. I’m also very appreciative of all the people and participants that I have met along the way that have encouraged me and supported me in this amazing journey. I couldn’t have asked for a better family. Malo ‘aupito (thank you) TSS. I look forward to what is coming next!

Working at Tautua Group has been an incredibly rewarding experience. As a team member, I've had the privilege of being part of a team that values the input of it's staff and makes you feel valued. The Environment provided by Edy and Renee feels like an extension of home. As well as the collaborative spirit among the staff fosters an inclusive atmosphere where ideas are shared, and everyone's input is valued. Tautua's commitment to transparency and open communication makes for a workplace where I feel not only supported but also empowered to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
