We offer assistance with community access, group programs, transport, and supporting your independent living journey. Our Communicty Centre at Oasis offers our community a state of the art facility designed for capacity building. Whatever your needs are, we are here to provide comprehensive support to help you achieve your NDIS goals. On top of all that, we are a support network who prioitise your interests, values and needs. Individual Programs
Our individual and group programs support NDIS Participants by boosting their social skills, well-being, health, identity, and independence.
At Tautua, we aim to fill the gaps in traditional support work models. Our Program facilitators prioritise engagement by encouraging and providing thorough instructions in a safe, inclusive, and fun manner.
Community Access
The program supports and motivates our Participants to engage in different events, activities, and interests within our Community Centre, and out in the community. Frequent access to the community promotes confidence and the development of social skills.

Transport Services
Redy Support Services can take you wherever you need to go. Numerous individuals in and around Brisbane depend on our transportation service to fulfil their NDIS objectives. Our amicable support staff are always well-prepared and geared up for success before they begin their shift.
